Job Description:
- Designs and optimizes standard Document Control methods for Capital Projects.
- Defines or helps to the creation of functional requirements for document control software.
- Defines or contributes to the creation of standard performance metrics for tracking and managing information maturity, as well as documenting team performance.
- Creates and implements project-specific document control processes.
- Coordinates the creation of the Master Deliverable Register and Document Distribution Matrix in collaboration with technical disciplines.
Skills:
- The fast, accurate, and effective transmission of project documentation between the Company and the Supplier via the Assai.
- Each submission is quality checked in accordance with the project specifications.
- During the early phase, collaborate with the IT Business Analyst to build a Solution Architecture for the Capital Project.
- Manage RFI processes, technical queries, letters, spec deviations, change orders, and project-to-asset information handover.
- Understand the DCAF and PCAP control assurance requirements.
- Manage stakeholders.
- Written and verbal communication.
- Understanding the various hazards, formats, controls, and process management of physical and electronic documents will provide an extra edge.
- Assai Tool Experience is desirable.
