Job Description:
- Check customer records, analyse them, and check customer accounts for results from Sanctions, Adverse Media, and PEP watchlist examinations.
- Look at transaction history, know your customer (KYC) information, and do background checks to help with investigations. Then, suggest whether an alert should be closed or sent to AML investigations for more review.
- Write up reports of your findings.
- Reviewing all KYC and CDD paperwork for customers and organisations like people, nonprofits, institutions, businesses, and more in line with policy and authority; making requests for information or documents as needed;
- Do more screening and due diligence while pointing out the steps that need to be taken if there is a problem.
- Banking in Stores (CLM)
Skills Required:
- Good conversation (Written English).
- Know-how of the screening process
- Excellent speaking skills, both in writing and in person; great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of how to gather, analyse, update, and organise data
