Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs a range of operational responsibilities for low to medium complicated processes or operations.
• Takes responsibility for the whole process, from receiving work to resolution and conclusion.
• Tasks need the synchronization of information across numerous operating sectors and clients. Uses many online systems.
• Duties may involve receiving and assessing incoming work, contacting relevant resources as required, transaction processing, accurate verification, and addressing difficult customer/client demands utilising numerous resources and data.
• Preparing, editing, disseminating, and/or revising specialised or difficult texts. Works under general direction and follows established processes.
• Exercises some judgment within the rules.
• Acts as an escalation point for less senior processors with complicated difficulties or transactions, giving training as required.
• Achieve or surpass the stated business metrics.
• Supports the team and makes individual contributions to it.
• Receives candid feedback from others after the execution of learning experiences.
• Adapts to changes within the organisation with direction from others.
• Makes an attempt to ‘pick-up’ knowledge/skills in one’s own field of work under supervision.  

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce/Master of Business Administration in Finance
• Knowledge in the USA mortgage domain
• Flexible to work night shifts.
