Job Description:

  • After joining the support team, you will answer phone and web-based consumer requests.
  • Your primary duty is to provide level two help, attempting to resolve problems within predetermined parameters.
  • To resolve issues, make use of online resources, product documentation, lab testing, and the Knowledge Base.
  • Take part in quickly and effectively addressing client issues.
  • Communicate with clients via digital and conventional channels.
  • As part of your job, you must delve into technical details to diagnose and fix problems.
  • Update documentation and share ideas to help improve product support.
  • Strive to achieve or beyond predetermined targets for assistance.
  • Work together with colleagues to seamlessly support clients.

Responsibilities:

  • A wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues, such as those involving product compatibility and configuration, licence reconciliation, support entitlements and validation, invoice and shipping inquiries, electronic support troubleshooting, and product availability, will be guided and resolved in real time by you in this role.
  • Respond to sent open service requests; apply repairs (such as creating SQL scripts and recording the case for escalation); assess hardware or software issues; and enter case notes in the tracking system. The nature of work is semi-routine.
  • Assistance may be provided over the phone or via technological means (web, email, etc.). When necessary, the role may operate in a call centre. Additionally, you will introduce and educate new clients on Oracle as a whole as their point of contact.
  • Additionally, you will be able to learn about certain product categories that fall within our main applications and/or technology.
