Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 help with rotating shifts and one week off each week
  • A strong focus on customer service
  • Need to be able to support both voice and text calls.
  • Proven ability to handle many jobs at once with little to no planning
  • Proven ability to move quickly, take charge, and do an outstanding job during major or catastrophic events Understand the problem, look it up on the Knowledge Management Tool, and talk or write clearly.
  • Write down and add new problems and answers to the Knowledge Management Repository
  • Use of soft skills like listening, understanding, being polite, and so on.
  • Use skilled methods to keep customers and make them happy.
  • Offer good service and handle complaints quickly and properly 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduates with prior expertise in customer service (required).
  • Excellent Hindi and English communication abilities.

  • The ability to operate effectively on a computer for prolonged periods of time
