Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that quality requirements are met by resolving concerns immediately.
- Evaluate material against specified rules and provide remedies.
- Recognise developing trends and patterns, and respond quickly to any problems.
- Provide important information to improve user assistance.
- Maintain a complete understanding of procedures and policies.
- Consistently provide great customer service.
- Act quickly to maintain quality standards.
- Follow the standards for handling content-related complaints.
- Respond proactively to developing concerns and trends.
- Continuously look for methods to improve customer support services.
Minimum qualifications:
- Any Graduate (PG is an extra bonus).
- Freshers are eligible.
- Fluent in reading and writing English, Arabic, and Urdu.
Preferred qualifications:
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
