Job description:

  • Effective, understandable, and polished oral and written English communication skills are shown.
  • Able to assist emails in English and manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Applicants have to work from their offices.
  • Applicants should own a power backup system and fixed line internet (high-speed broadband).
  • Offers Amazon Selling Partners timely and effective support, including appropriately elevating concerns raised by Selling Partners. Continually presents the organization in a favorable light while handling delicate situations with a competent and upbeat manner.
  • Excellently manages time and can work autonomously while adhering to departmental standards, procedures, and resources.
  • Encourages a good team atmosphere and, when necessary, goes above and beyond to support teammates in challenging situations.

Basic qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities with a high level of flexibility.
