Job Description:
- Uber is searching for brand new Uber Experts to help create our Uber Greenlight center, which is an in-person destination for Uber drivers. Who Are You? We’re trying to put together a squad of rock stars.
- We seek folks who are good communicators and problem solvers who don’t mind in-person contact.
- The Greenlight hub is designed to help and educate our Uber partners as they build their business as Uber drivers.
- You will be required to assist in the onboarding of new driving partners, give great support, and adapt rapidly in an ever-growing organization.
- Working with Uber provides an excellent chance to work with a top-tier Operations team and gain insight into Uber’s day-to-day operations.
- You’ve worked in retail or in customer service, and you can communicate with partners well as a communicator.
- You are skilled at diagnosing issues fast and effectively, and you have a love for empowering and assisting people.
- You also know who to ask and where to go for the solution if you don’t already know it. You are a kind, well-organized, and patient educator.
- You work well in a team and possess self-motivation. You’re an Uber enthusiast as well!
- This is a contract position that is temporary with the possibility of renewal. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Provide our partners with five-star in-person service.
- Introduce new drivers to all the resources they need to succeed as Uber drivers, including onboarding. Address concerns and inquiries from drivers.
- Assist in promoting the Uber brand and inspiring drivers. Keep up with Uber’s tools and procedures.
- Streamline processes by collaborating with the Driver Operations team.
